Fleshwater

Fleshwater, a side project by members of the band Vein.fm, blends influences from shoegaze, soft grunge, and post-hardcore. Formed in 2017, the band gained attention with their 2020 EP demo2020 and their debut album We’re Not Here to Be Loved in 2022, with the track "Linda Claire" earning over a million streams. Fleshwater’s music is characterized by haunting melodies, heavy, distorted guitars, and introspective, often emotionally charged lyrics. The band explores the darker sides of human experience, appealing to fans of alternative and heavier music genres. Fleshwater has performed extensively across the U.S. and continues to evolve their sound with further releases like Sounds of Grieving.
